The apartments had stunning views of the Tuscany countryside and were equipped with modern amenities. the location was convenient, with an easy walk to the nearby village. the staff was friendly and helpful, always available to offer advice or assist with bookings.
The bus service to and from the property was not reliable. the buses were infrequent and often overcrowded, making it difficult to travel.

We recently stayed at a charming hotel where we had a large balcony with a breathtaking view. It was just a short walk to the market and the main square with a bus that took us into the city. Our room was incredibly spacious and comfortable with a kitchenette and a washing machine. We had a lovely selection of breakfast items to start our day off right. the staff was warm and helpful and made us feel at home.
The wifi was problematic and kept disconnecting every hour which was a bit inconvenient.

This hotel offers stunning views over the Tuscany countryside and a balcony with the best view in town. The staff are friendly and speak multiple languages, making communication easy. The attention to detail is evident in the well-equipped kitchen facilities and the basic amenities provided. The value for money and the location on a hillside overlooking Florence make this hotel a great choice.
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

The view from our apartment was absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic views of the city below. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. the apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare our own meals. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation. We were able to take a short bus ride into the city center and explore all the sights and attractions.
We had some trouble with our GPS and it couldn't locate the property, which was quite frustrating. the internet connection in the apartment was also intermittent and unreliable.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident in the nicely furnished and comfortable rooms. The hotel's location on a hillside provides stunning views of the Tuscan hills from the balcony or terrace. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
No improvements needed, everything was just perfect.

Enjoyed a lovely Christmas stay in the hills outside Florence. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and it was great to have a warm, comfortable apartment to return to after a busy day sightseeing. Loved that the apartment had a dishwasher, which was a real luxury, and we appreciated the easy walk to nearby restaurants and cafes.
The walk to the bus stop could be a bit tough in the cold weather, but it was worth it for the convenience of being so close to the sights of Florence. Would have liked to have some kitchen supplies provided, as we ended up not using the stove because we didn't have pots or pans, and it would have been nice to have soap for the sink or dishwasher.

I recently had a delightful stay at a charming hotel nestled on a hillside overlooking the breathtaking Tuscan hills. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, making me feel like I was in a postcard. The staff was superbly professional and welcoming, going above and beyond to make me feel at home. They were extremely helpful, providing me with valuable suggestions on exploring the town and even assisting me in planning my visit to the Mugello circuit. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and every detail had been thought of, including a kitchenette and a much-appreciated washing machine. The attention to detail was evident, even down to the assortment of breakfast goodies they provided to start my day off right.
All was perfect, nothing to complain about.
